How AQUACHLOR Works

On-site synthesis of a powerful multi-component disinfectant from just water and table salt — replacing hazardous chemical deliveries with a safe, automated process.

Mixed Oxidant Solution

AQUACHLOR synthesizes a mixed oxidant solution by electrolyzing a brine (NaCl + purified water) through a patented modular element MB-26T. The anolyte — mixed oxidants — serves as a powerful broad-spectrum disinfectant. The catholyte — caustic soda (NaOH) — is used for pH correction, coagulation, and flocculation.

The solution contains five active components working in synergy:

HOCl — Hypochlorous Acid ClO₂ — Chlorine Dioxide O₃ — Ozone H₂O₂ — Hydrogen Peroxide ¹O₂ — Singlet Oxygen
